How to convert font type

Use fontforge. To convert from ipam.ttc to ipam.ttf

sudo apt install -yq fontforge
fontforge -lang=ff -c 'Open("ipam.ttc"); Generate("ipam.ttf"); Close();'

This command also prints the font names.
